Andrew and the team at Belk took great care of us after a tornado ran through our neighborhood in August ‘24. The day after he was here to inspect the site and dispatched a crew the same day to put temporary patches in place (roof, walls, windows) while waiting to work through the insurance claim. When the insurance adjuster came, Andrew was here to ensure his questions were answered. The work crews, whether Belk employees or subcontractors, were also fantastic asking for feedback and returning promptly to resolve issues.

I have had 3 roofing companies come to fix a wind driven rain leak. One company came four times and caulked and left. It took this company with their engineer to determine exactly what was going on.

We were so impressed with your performance beginning with our experience with *******. She sold us on your company. The guys showed up at 8 am and worked hard until 8pm with the exception of a half hour lunch break.Job and cleanup were complete and the new roof is beautiful. Very happy to recommend this company.

Great re-shingle experience. Andrew Belk came and inspected the roof (not installed by Melvin Belk) and made recommendations to file a complaint with Mfg. Claim was denied. Andrew came back and worked with me to develop a quote to address our situation. Crew showed up on the date set for the work and “went to town”! Did a beautiful job and did a thorough clean up. No damage to any shrubs or plants. Andrew was quick to respond and resolve a small concern during the job. Had a couple of stops by staff in the days after the job, checking to be sure things were clean and satisfactory. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Melvin Belk Roofing did a great job putting a new roof on our rental property. The crew was on time and very professional. They also installed new gutters on our house and in our rental home, job very well done.

We had a great experience from the beginning to the end of our roof project. Our salesman Kevin was easy to work with and and went above and beond to handle the insurance issues and was alway available for any questions. The roofing crew covered everything around the house and did an excellent install. Sergio, the crew forman, was very approachable and friendly. They even sent two young ladies after everything thing was done and cleaned up to run magnets around the house again to make sure they got any last nails. They were great to chat with. What a nice company and outstanding customer service! We'd highly recommend using your company again!

Very happy with the work they did on our flat roof. It was a small job but it was handled with great attention. Dan and Gavin were very professional and we were amazed at the level of clean up after. We are very satisfied customers!!

Melvin Belk Roofing was great to work with. Had hail damage from a storm in November. They responded quickly and worked with out insurance company. Cal Griffes worked on the trim for the house and did a fantastic job. It was a bit of a challenge and had to be custom bent. He was very professional and would highly recommend requesting Cal for any trim work you need to have done. Google doesn't let me give 10 Stars .
